The goal
What we found
You have around 587 five-star Google reviews. Your website says 180.
What it costs: Nearly 400 five-star reviews you've actually earned are invisible at the exact moment a customer is deciding whether to call. It's the strongest asset a trade business can have, and it's turned off.
The fix: Reconnect the review widget so the number is live, and put the real figure, 5.0 from 587, above the fold on every page.
Your suburb pages don't rank, because they're not actually about being an electrician there
What it costs: Nobody searching "electrician Kelmscott" wants to read about smoke alarms. No page on your site actually answers the question a local customer is asking.
The fix: Rewrite all six suburb pages to properly answer "I need an electrician in [suburb]", with local jobs, reviews and a map.
Zero Google ads, with the best possible reason to run them
What it costs: A 5.0 rating from 587 reviews is the strongest asset you can put in a Google ad, it shows as a star rating right in the search result and lowers what you pay per click. You're sitting on the best raw material in this market and using none of it.
The fix: Fix the review widget and the suburb pages first, then turn ads on. Paying for clicks that land on a 2019 page with the wrong reviews would waste the spend.
There's no way to contact you outside 7am to 5pm
What it costs: Every visitor at 7pm, every visitor on a Sunday, everyone at work who can't take a call, is lost. A phone number alone is a door that's only open ten hours a day.
The fix: Add a simple enquiry form to every page. It costs nothing and it's open when you're not.
The maths
One fix, done for you
Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.
Before you go
How did you find this without talking to us?
Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Does this cost anything?
No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.
What actually happens if I get in touch?
A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.
I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.
If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.
If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.
Thanks,
Chris
